On June 24, the new Royal Decree Law 23/2020 was published in the BOE, which sets some guidelines that will govern the renewable energy sector for the next few years. This RDL seeks to solve the current problems related to connection permits, as well as to facilitate the hybridization of generation facilities in order to optimize the use of distribution and transmission networks.
KNK Energy carries out hybridization studies of photovoltaic or wind installations with generating units in operation, with the following characteristics.
- Meteorological data of the years corresponding to the historical generation data provided by the client.
- Analysis of production / meteorology correlations and seasonality.
- Economic-financial analysis of the hybridization facility.
- Own tool developed to calculate optimal sizing based on CAPEX and OPEX parameters defined by the Client.
