KNK Energy offers, within its independent O&M technical consulting services, the O&M Direction and Management contract.
It is a very interesting option for those Clients that require support or reinforcement in the O&M strategy of their power generation assets, including the supervision of the different main contracts and subcontracts integrated in the O&M service and implementing a continuous analysis of potential improvements, both technical and economic.
This contract is based on three fundamental pillars:
- The Client maintains the ownership and the contractual relationship with the different contractors and subcontractors.
- Close collaboration with the Client's in-house O&M team, which eliminates the possible loss of know-how on the part of the Client.
- Direct economic advantage for the Client, from the first moment, by being able to adapt this service, in each case, to the particular characteristics of the project, even being able to establish mixed formulas based on the optimization of the operating costs (OPEX) obtained.
